About me
My name is Ella and I am a qualified Canine Massage Therapist, obtaining qualification and becoming accredited through IAAT. I am also currently a student Equine Sports Massage therapist. I cover Somerset, parts of Bristol and Avon and North Devon.
I am a qualifed registered veterinary nurse, quaifying in 2020 and gaining further certifcation in emergency critical care through City and guilds via Vets now. I am registered and regulated by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and still currently working in a small animal hospital in Somerset.
I believe having a background as a veterinary professional helps to treat the both horse and dog paients in a professional, caring and passionate way. I can work closely with veterinary surgeons to make sure your animal receives the best, most effective treatment possible.
Each animal is treated as an individual, taking the time to get to know them, their owners and their routine.
Massage has huge benefits to every type of horse or dog and their background. Canine massage became an important part of my life when I rescued my collie X, Moby. I started to see a big impact on his posture and movement. Now, I love making a difference to all dogs mobility and performance. Dogs wellbeing is the forefront of all my treatment and making their lives more comfortable is my main goal. Horses were never out of the question either, I own, breed and show Registered Dartmoor Ponies and have ridden and had horses all my life. It was inevitable they would be included in my treatments.
